About the Opportunity
As an Order Processing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience from order receipt through delivery. You'll serve as a key liaison between customers, vendors, production, sales, and shipping teams, helping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a hybrid role (4 days in office and 1 day work from home)

What You'll Do
- Process customer orders, order modifications, and escalations across multiple communication channels.
- Coordinate closely with the shipping department to ensure on-time delivery and communicate shipment timelines to customers.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and vendor inquiries.
- Receive, prioritize, and process incoming orders based on company policies and customer requirements.
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate delivery updates and order status information with customers, vendors, production, and sales teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of supplies as needed.
- Support additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous administrative, customer service, order processing, or related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Curiosity and confidence to initiate change
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Excel
- Inventory management software
- Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently sit and work at a computer workstation.
- Frequently use hands and fingers for typing and data entry.
- Occasionally stand and walk throughout the facility.
